2020 -

While finishing up my degree, I took the Google UX Design course.
I learned the fundamentals, built my first portfolio (it was a mess, but it had heart 😅), and realized how much I loved the blend of logic, empathy, and creativity that UX offered.

2021 -

I started designing for early-stage startups:
• 🎨 Platform visuals at Asia Tech Journal
• 💻 Retail flows at Chubby Trader
• 🛍️ AI-powered sizing tools at Pixibo for Mango and Zalora
It was my crash course in real-world UX and I was hooked.

2022 -

Leveled up through:
• A hands-on bootcamp at UX Studio in Hungary
• 📚 Designing EdTech flows and dashboards at Xcelpros
• 💼 Leading mobile and SaaS FinTech UX at LTI Mindtree
This year sharpened my visual, interaction, and systems design skills.

2023 -

Started my Master’s in HCI at Indiana University.
For my capstone, I redesigned the IU Mobile App for 30,000+ students, adding a campus dashboard, real-time booking 📅, and an AI chatbot 🤖.
It taught me how to lead large-scale, research-driven design and how to build for impact.

2024 & 2025 –

Now, with 4+ years of global experience across Singapore, Hungary, Germany, Australia, and the U.S., I’ve helped:
• 🛒 Boost e-commerce conversion with AI-powered UX
• 📊 Streamline financial workflows across platforms
• 🎓 Make campus tools more intuitive, accessible, and human

Still asking “but why?” just with better typography and a lot more sticky notes.
